Shipping methods
Arcos uses CORREOS EXPRESS for orders shipped within Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; SEUR for shipments to Portugal; FEDEX for the other available European destinations; and DHL for shipments to Andorra.
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the destination and are calculated from the date the order is confirmed:
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 2 business days.
- Balearic Islands: 2 to 3 business days.
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
- France, Germany and Italy: 3 to 4 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 7 business days.*
- Madeira and Azores: 5 to 7 business days.
- Andorra: 7 to 10 business days.*
- Other available European destinations: 10 to 15 business days.
*In some cases, customs procedures may result in additional delays. Shipments to Andorra are subject to customs formalities as the destination is outside the European Union, so the stated delivery time may vary.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, orders over 150 € may be subject upon delivery to a 21 € customs clearance fee and the corresponding AIEM and IGIC taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping costs charged by Arcos.
VAT information
The shipping costs shown are final prices. For destinations within the European Union, the applicable VAT depends on the destination country and is included in the final price displayed during checkout.
